Thank you for shopping with Pure Forge Wellness. We’re here to support you on your wellness journey, and that includes making sure you feel confident about your purchase. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy, which applies to both physical and digital products.
Returns on Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@pureforgewellness.com. Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once a file has been accessed or delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. If you have any trouble accessing your files or need support, please contact us—we’re happy to help ensure everything is working as it should.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at admin@pureforgewellness.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Digital downloads
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods or personal care items

Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the fastest way is to initiate a return (if eligible) and make a new purchase once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. This applies to physical goods only, and the items must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above. This right does not apply to digital downloads that have already been delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
